Introduction to the course
Welcome to the exciting world of opportunities in professional project management. This course is for all those who want to master professional project management. Upon completion of this course, you will learn the best practices pertaining to project planning, execution, monitoring&controlling and closing. The course is driven by case studies. The knowledge is transferred through instructor led classroom sessions, reading material, quizzes, labs and assessments. You are required to score at least 80% for the successful completion of the course. You are allowed to repeat the assessment tests, till you achieve this goal. The next step is to study any one of the following case study and complete the case study related quiz.
