Session#1 - Introduction to Professional Project Management
This session will introduce you to the basic definitions, purpose, roles & responsibilities, and the project initiation process. Time required : 5 hours
Session#2 to Session#5 explains the project planning processes in detail. In session#2, we will be discussing about the process of decomposing the scope of the project into a work breakdown structure (WBS) in detail
In this session we will learn how to define the project's organization breakdown structure (OBS), linking the OBS and WBS, and developing the resource breakdown structure
Upon successful completion of this session you will master interfacing with other systems, planning communication, planning quality, planning risk management and planning contingencies
